| TERMS OF SERVICE While the staff members and volunteers of this station, Orbital Grooves Radio (OGR), will attempt to remove any content from its broadcast server or chat server deemed to be objectional as quickly as possible, it is impossible to monitor the station always. By listening, You acknowledge that the DJ is responsible for all content that originates from their location. Orbital Grooves, the staff members and volunteers hence, will not be held liable. All DJs provide their music to OGR through a third-party program designed to stream a live audio signal in mp3 format. The DJ agrees that the music they broadcast, is legally owned and they have the rights to play. Any material that is in question should be addresses with the dj who broadcasted it. The staff members and specified volunteers have the right to remove, edit, or modify any timeslot or broadcast on the schedule at any time for any reason without warning as they see fit. Orbital Grooves Radio holds a 'PG-13' rating in both the chatroom as well as ON-AIR. Our DJs agree not to broadcast any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. The IP Addresses of all DJs are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. PG-13 RATING A 'PG-13' rating means the following words are not acceptable in chatroom, or spoken on the microphone: 'fuck' or any combination of words that contains this word, bitch, god damn, pussy, dick, or any illegal pornographic references. Very limited amount of these words are acceptable: ass, shit, sexual references (can be humorous, but nothing dirty), or suggestive violence. CHATROOM BEHAVIOR We ask all visitors to our chatroom to please act respectfully, professionally, and to not use any profanity. Any of our chatroom operators(@) may remove any they deem a disruption to the chatroom. You may appeal kline or server-bans by emailing staff@orbitalgrooves.com. FORUMS RULES Advertising and spamming are not permitted unless it is related to Orbital Grooves Radio. If you are an active OGR DJ, you may post a link to your personal site as long as it does not compete with any of OGR's services. All events, both OGR and non-OGR are to be posted in the events forum. We ask that all registered members please keep talk clean & respectful. No slamming, flaming, or bashing. Keep talk clean, with a PG-13 rating. ON-AIR VOICEOVERS Voiceovers spoken on the microphone by a DJ must not contain any profanity, or suggestive violence. PROFANITY IN MUSIC The following words are acceptable profanity in music: shit, ass, damn, and limited sexual references If the song contains any other profane words in the lyrice, it must be in limited amounts.
